Una calle de necrópolis del Periodo Tardío en Asasif Sur

Resumen
En la campaña de 2021/2022, la Misión Arqueológica de la Universidad de La Laguna documentó una superficie explanada artificialmente al sur del patio de la TT 209 (Luxor, Egipto). Medía 19,5 m de longitud y 3,50 m de anchura media y se apoyaba en la cara externa del pilono que da acceso a la tumba en toda su longitud conservada. Esta superficie ha sido interpretada como una calle en dirección este-oeste que debía de articular el área circundante de la necrópolis. Al menos otra tumba, frente a la entrada de la TT 209, tenía también su acceso conectado con esta vía. El artículo presenta este fragmento nuevo del viario de la necrópolis tebana, su evolución diacrónica –con varias fases relacionadas con la construcción, el uso y el paulatino desmoronamiento de los muros exteriores de la TT 209– así como la instalación cultual para ceremonias de ofrendas que se conservaba frente a las dos tumbas que se abren hacia la calle. Por último, se discute la contextualización del hallazgo en el marco del interés reciente por las vías de comunicación en el paisaje ritual de la necrópolis tebana.Descargas
