The successive, natural and unstructured during the beginning to the middle of the past century, have been the basis for building the scaffolding that through the education offered by universities on the one hand and,to the other hand the self-development of the profession through the integration of Information Technology and Communication and its regulation through a legal framework have been developing National Archives which has resulted in an embryonic professional association more or less organized.
