Discussion of globalization and the need for cognitive approach to digital inclusion
Abstract
This is a review of debates about globalization, its relationship to the information society and the involvement of social inequalities. The context was developed in sections strategically independent that proposes to present the contemporary landscape that wants to observe the path of digital inclusion –how the mechanisms of globalization have intensified the exclusion– and how it is designed, by new academic arguments that give importance on human resources (literacy and education).Downloads
