Some thoughts related to the sense (or senseless) of research
Abstract
The author reflects on the teleological assumptions accepted as correct in the scientific activity and on other avoided debated assumptions, more irrational and less consensus, that underlie and give meaning to research and the very existence of the researchers, in a dynamic feedback. It introduces the idea of open debate and the provisional nature of the consensus achieved, but stated the need to share ideas and experiences, to reflect for a good set of questions is obtained, and to exercise the will to try to answer them.Downloads
