Abstract
This paper evaluates shelf availability of monograph titles requested at a university library. The evaluation has been carried out by an external group. Goals, steps and evaluation criteria, as well as evaluation design and implementation are described in detail. The research has used two different techniques: simulation (with two variants) and users’ interviews, according to ISO 11620, B2.2.2 indicator «Required Titles Availability» (ISO 11600 Standard). Survey results are analyzed and compared.Downloads
