Abstract

The spatial transformation problems that have emerged with globalization and the corresponding new regulatory forms are the focus of this article. The sovereign state is becoming less operational solving enterprise conflicts of large scale, especially covering transnational corporations, in view of their spatial mobility and the capacity to exercise ubiquity. These agents have developed corporate regulatory forms to solve in a faster and more accurate way such litigant conflicts, seeking to reinforce the capitalist cooperation.
