The preservation and recovery of the information published in the Punto Sur magazine is guaranteed by its inclusion in the Institutional Repository of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the University of Buenos Aires FILO:Digital.

The journal is collected, among other repositories, by the National System of Digital Repositories of the Argentine Republic SNRD and the Institutional Repository of the University of Buenos Aires RDI-UBA.

In addition, it is in the process of being incorporated into the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) program, which guarantees the safe and permanent protection of the contents.

In a complementary way, the issues and articles of the magazine are stored on external servers and in the cloud.
