Networks that weave the encounter

Abstract

At the end of 2015, we who administrate the Secretary of Extension of the Political Science and International Relations Faculty of the National University of Rosario, decided to widen our work amongst different actors of the community, and to include new tasks, that undoubtedly drew us away from the comfortable dogmas that the stiffened Academy had to offer, to meet for the first time with persons deprived of their freedom in prisons of the city of Rosario.
