Abstract

This article aims to think about the question of crossing the borders of artistic disciplines and the media, based on the analysis of the intermediality strategies of El hipervínculo (Test 7) (2018) by Matías Feldman. The work resorts to multiple intertwining with other arts and media, in order to understand the phenomenon of today's cultural transformations, generated by new technologies. For that reason, we consider that it is a work of particular importance for the study of intermediality, both for intensifying and multiplying these mechanisms, and for addressing a unique investigation on the relationships between theater and new digital media, postulating a critical reflection on them. Simultaneously, the interactions between the scene and the visual arts occupy a determining place, through which the work questions the changes in the contemporary image, identity and perception.
