Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to inquire about the possibilities offered by the judicial processes of early colonial Cordoba for the study of indigenous populations. Our focus is on the characteristics of the source as such, as well as on the particular production conditions that have influenced its configuration. With a methodological approach, we introduce ourselves to the actions of the different producing agents in some procedural moments whose recognition we consider fundamental for historical research.
