In the region of the Americas, the Contracting Parties, by legal instrument, are: 1949 CRT: Argentina, Barbados, Canada, Chile, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Haiti, Jamaica, Paraguay, Peru, Trinidad and Tobago, United States and Venezuela; 1968 CRT: Bahamas, Brazil, Cuba, Guyana, Honduras, Peru and Uruguay; 1968 CRSS: Chile, Cuba and Guyana; 1998 AGTR: Canada and United States. No Contracting Parties to the 1958 ATVR, 1997 ATIV and 1957 ADR Agreements were identified.
