Abstract

In this work I will analise some identity and organizational aspects of the cultural production, specially those that are related to contexts of migration. I will focus on the practice of some folkloric dance peruvian genres in the city of Buenos Aires that are framed in the labour of dance groups. I will take the Pierre Bourdieu´s notion of habitus in order to refer to those aptitudes to act, to perceive, to value, to feel and to think that have been internalized by the individual and allow him or her to define his or her action according to new situations that appear. I will also do a report of the social and historical links of the dance genres: “criollo”, “afro” and “andino”. The dilution of the peruvian national context bring new characteristics to these genres, and the ethnic, local and regional identities have a new dynamic as well as the geographic criterion of identity demarcation.
