Author Biography

Alberto Guerrero, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, España
Alberto Guerrero holds a PhD in Contemporary History (UNED) and a Master’s in Strategic Thinking and Global Security (UGR). He is the director of Atenea: Revista de la Asociación Española de Historia Militar. Among his recent publications are the coordination of Los relatos de la guerra (2023, Sílex) and the following articles and book chapters: “El pensamiento militar español decimonónico, 1863-1898” in Revista Universitaria de Historia Militar (nº. 23, 2022); and “Impresiones militares de la actuación rusa en Ucrania” in Historia de la sociedad presente: el mundo y sus desvelos (2024, Dykinson). His research focuses on Spanish military history and strategic studies.
