Abstract

This article considers Pier Paolo Pasolini's Affabulazione as an intermediate point between dramatic and postdramtic theatre. Written on 1966 and performing for the first time on 1975, the play follows classical Greek tragedy model in order to express the author's ideas not only against political power but also against the mercantile values of the new Italian society.
