Abstract

The constructive principle of the work -representational/presentational duplicity understood as a strategy to approach and expose peoples' lives, as a construction of a world- is explained through a non-mimetic framework and through interaction with spectators. This programmatic and intentional trait does not only distance the work from media simulacra, it also constitutes the very base of its political character, in a way reminiscent of Shechner's theory of efficacy.
