La construcción de ciudadanía desde la práctica performativa

Abstract

This article proposes a tour through the performative, architectural and artistic practices that have taken the city as an enabler for intervention in the construction of citizenship within the context of post-democracy and new institutionalism. Through artistic practices that transform our perception of the neighbourhood, the bodies are amplified in their walking on the public environment and the city appears in these projects as another participant agent that dialogues with us. The article reviews some devices that creators have made, such as the occupation of public spaces and other forms that are able to alter, from the performative practice, the way we are living.
